性、社会性别与充权：关于四川地震灾区妇女刺绣小组领袖的个案研究

妇女是具有社会性别视角的社会工作实务的中心，也是世界非政府组织、国际发展组织工作的重点。在社会性别视角之下，社会工作者如何运用妇女的个人经验，深入了解她们的多样性与复杂性，将日常私人领域或以家庭为基础的关系与权力关系、社会关系连接起来，以此达到女性的充权（empowerment，也译作赋权、增权），这是本土社会工作实务发展的新议题。本文立足于灾后重建过程中3位妇女小组领袖的成长，通过参与式行动研究，探究妇女的个人故事，尤其是在特殊社会情境中困扰着她们的性关系、性别关系与性别角色问题，关注并认可她们的独特性，介入她们生活中的种种复杂性，回应她们独特的需要，推动妇女自我意识的提升与社会空间的拓展。
