| 摘 要： | 平等分享经济资源和经济发展的成果是妇女生存发展的重要条件。本文以对中国社会经济就业领域性别平等发展目标和优先问题的讨论为依据,借鉴国内外常用的经济性别平等监测评估指标研究成果,研究构建了评估经济领域性别平等与妇女发展指标框架和重点指标,并利用1995-2004年数据对全国和各地区经济性别平等状况进行了初步评估。

| Abstract: | Equitable distribution of economic resources and wealth of economic development is an important condition for women's existence and development.This paper uses indicators measuring gender equality in employment and economic development in China to identify priority issues and develops a framework with which to set up important indicators to evaluate gender equality and women's development in economics by drawing on results from research on indicators for monitoring and evaluation of gender equality in economics in and outside of China.It also uses national as well as regional statistics from 1995 to 2004 to evaluate the state of gender equality in economics in China. |
