| 摘 要： | 教育转化在押人员是公安监所工作的一项主要任务、是确保监所安全的基础工作。文章根据在押人员的实际情况,就教育转化在押人员工作中的感化教育问题,对感化教育的作用、特征进行了阐述,并提出了实施感化教育应该坚持的原则。感化教育不仅是一种理念,而且具有很强的实用性和可操作性,是从事监所管理教育工作的公安民警必须掌握和运用的。
