| Abstract: | With the open and reform policy being strengthened,Chinese rural economy has been developing at a highly increased speed;mass migration,goods distribution and financial flow all become very frequent,and the criminal activities are taking new forms.Consequently,it is profoundly meaningful and important to improve the service of our policemen in new socialist countryside and to prevent and decrease the outbreaks of crimes effectively. |
