| 摘 要： | “情报导侦”是信息化背景下一种拓展了警察思维空间与行动空间的工作模式。侦查行动信息化、侦破工作主动化、情报人员实战化、情报分析专门化,是信息化背景下情报导侦的基本特征。情报信息主导警务是情报导侦的思想基础,计算机与网络技术是物质条件,信息化的高素质人才是行动保证,发达的情报技术是锐利武器。

| Abstract: | "Intelligence-ledpolicing" is a working model that the space of thinking and action of police has been expanded.Detecting actions with information,taking the initiative in making detective activity,participating in the actual combat,criminal intelligence analysis with specialism are the main features of "Intelligence-ledpolicing" in the Network Environment.The computer and network technology are conditions of material,intelligence persons of high quality are guarantee,and information technology is a sharp weapon. |
