| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国飞车抢劫、抢夺犯罪日趋发展变化,严重影响了社会的安定。为严惩此类犯罪,最高人民法院颁布了相应的审理意见。文章分析了飞车抢劫、抢夺犯罪的特点及侦破此类案件的难点所在,提出了有效的打击措施。希望这些措施能有助于各地公安机关有效地打击此类犯罪,让人民群众过上安定和谐的生活。

| Abstract: | In recent years,motorcycling robbery and forcible seizure in our country is increasingly changing and gravely influences social stability.The Supreme Court has issued the relevant regulations of adjudicating to severely punish crimes of this kind.The essay analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of cracking down of the motorcycling robbery and forcible seizure crimes and finally proposes the effective striking measures,hoping to be helpful to cracking down these kinds of crimes for various police organs so as to ensure normal and peaceful life for the people. |
