| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的不断发展,有关货币方面的犯罪越来越多,持有、使用假币的犯罪也时有发生。在司法实践中,在认定持有、使用假币罪的时候,存在许多容易使人们混淆的认识。文章主要探讨了在认定此罪时应注意的持有、使用假币罪与其他犯罪的界限以及罪数形态问题。
