| 摘 要： | 网络犯罪具有秘密性、跨区域性、专业技术性、证据易毁性、罪恶感淡化等特点。侦查网络犯罪需要建立动态网络监控体系,构建网络犯罪侦查协作格局,加强网络电子证据收集,充分发挥网络技术、计算机技术在侦查中的作用。

| Abstract: | Network crime has some characteristics. For example, it is secret, across-regional, special and technologic. Its evidence is easily destroyed. The sense of the crime is shallow. In order to investigate network crime, it is necessary to build dynamic network supervision system, construct investigation cooperation structure on network crime, strengthen collection on network electronic evidence and fully bring network technology and computer technology into use during investigation. |
