| 摘 要： | 公安院校学员思想政治工作存在一些薄弱环节．对此应采取以下对策：树立素质教育观念;加强思想政治工作队伍的建设;求真务实,在思想政治工作的针对性、实效性、主动性上下功夫;深入持久地开展以集体主义为核心的价值观教育;把规则的制定和实施作为加强学员思想道德建设的核心。

| Abstract: | We should take some countermeasures to the vulnerable spots on student ideology and political work in police academies: Set up quality education ideology; Strengthen the construction of ideology and political work team; Be practical and stress on " pertinence, effectiveness and willingness"; Stick to the values education mainly about collectivism ; Take the regulation formulation and application as the core of the construction of students ideology and morality. |
