公安院校教学质量内部评价研究

文章从公安院校教学质量内部评价的概念出发,比较了内部评价和外部评价的异同,叙述了教学质量内部评价的意义和原则,指出公安教学质量内部评价关系到公安院校健康发展以及公安队度的建设,阐述了公安教学教学质量评价的六个系统分别为:教学目标系统、教学组织系统、管理制度系统、质量信息采集与反馈系统、教学评价系统。最后文章给出促进公安院校教学质量提高建议:加强教学质量六个系统协调作用;加强同地方院校的交流;发展公安院校的特色。

Internal Evaluation of Teaching Quality in Public Security Colleges and Universities

Starting from the concept of internal evaluation of teaching quality in public security colleges and universities, this article compares the similarities and differences between internal evaluation and external evaluation, describes the significance and principle of internal evaluation, points out that internal evaluation of public security teaching quality relates to the healthy development of the public security colleges and universities and the construction of police team, and expounds six systems of internal evaluation： teaching target system, teaching organization system, management system, quality information collection and feedback system, and teaching evaluation system. Finally, the paper offers suggestions to promote teaching quality in public security colleges and universities： enhance coordination among the six systems; strengthen the communication with local colleges and universities; develop characteristics of public security colleges and universities.
