Brief Analysis on Evidence Collection of Smuggling Cases

One of the important functions of Public Security Border Defense Department is to fight against the smugglers, and the crucial process of investigating smuggling cases is to collect evidence. However, in practice there are different problems in evidence collection to some extent： delayed and incomprehensive evidence collection; negligent in collecting trace evidence; deficient in collecting electronic evidence.
