| 摘 要： | 计算机犯罪已经成为严重社会问题。由于电子数据的不确定性、不易被发现、易消失性、易改动性等特点,造成在侦查过程中对电子数据证据提取的困难。文章依据《公安部电子物证检验大纲》(2005),并结合侦查计算机犯罪案件的体会,对电子数据证据的提取原则与过程进行了初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | Computer Crime has become the serious problem of society today. It is very difficult to find the digital evidence in the detecting because it is very easy to change, disappear and find.According to Ministry of Public Security 's"Program for Digital Evidence Examination" and combining the knowledge of investigating computer crime cases, the article discusses the principle and the process of getting digital evidence. |
