高校校园及周边治安环境现状与治理对策

目前 ,随着改革的不断深入 ,高校呈现出管理方式社会化 ,办学形式多样化 ,学生结构复杂化的特点 ;校园与社会相互交叉渗透 ,造成高校校园及周边治安环境日趋复杂。针对这种现状 ,高校自身以及各级政府相关职能部门应该积极采取有效治理措施 ,为高校广大师生打造一片安宁、祥和的学习、工作和生活的晴空。

The Problems and Strategies of the Public Security on University Campuses and the Surroundings

With the development and reform of higher education, universities are characterized as the socialization of management, the diversification of modes of running schools and complexity of students' component. There are more and more problems of public security on campuses and the surroundings. In the situation, universities, especially the departments related to public security should take effective measures to provide quiet and peaceful surroundings for university teachers and students to work and study.
