| 摘 要： | 任何事物都是彼此关联的，从而形成环环相扣的因果链条。因果联系普遍存在于万事万物之中，侦查活动也不例外。侦查过程一般是从结果开始，一步步地追溯原因，最终揭示出其复杂的因果关系。文章试从侦查中因果关系的特性出发，通过揭示其在侦查领域的具体内容，来探讨因果关系对侦查实践的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Any object is related,which forms the cause and effect chain.Common existence is hit by causality in all nature and investigation is neither exception.Investigation begins with the effect,step-by-step traces its cause,reveals out its complicated causality.Starting with the characteristics of the causality in investigation,through revealing the details,this article discusses its guiding role in investigation practice. |
