关于新时期警察执法权益法律保护的思考

当前我国正处于社会转型时期，公安机关的执法环境仍然十分严峻，公安民警在正当执法中权益受侵害的现象屡有发生。维护人民警察正当执法权益，关系到警察职业的权威性和神圣性，也关系到警察的权益能否得到保障、能否最大化地调动广大公安民警的工作积极性的重要问题。相关部门应该通过严格立法、完善法律条文，采取切实可行的措施来保障警察的执法权益，建立有效机制，让公安民警有苦有处诉，有气有处吐，消除忧虑情绪，挺直腰杆执法。
