| 摘 要： | 公安高等教育是专门为公安工作提供强有力的人才支撑的特殊教育机构,虽然在建国后的几十年里取得了很大的发展,但是与公安工作实际存在着严重的脱节现象。只有通过推进公安高等教育改革创新,才能培养出真正的“通用型”、“创新型”、“国际型”的公安人才。
