| 摘 要： | 公安机关道路交通管理部门认定肇事车辆,除了侦查访问和路面监控的证据之外,最直接有力的就是刑事技术的检验、鉴定结论。文章结合实例,通过对＂整体分离＂、＂物质转移＂和＂软性接触＂痕迹物证的分析,从而准确认定肇事车辆。特别是＂软性接触＂痕迹物证方法的应用,拓宽了物证检验技术在道路交通事故处理中的检验范围,为公平公正地处理道路交通事故提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | Public security organs identified road traffic management of vehicles,in addition to detecting evidenceo faccess and road control,the most direct and effective is the test of criminal techniques,conclusions.Combiningw ith examples,through＂the overall separation,＂＂material transfer＂and＂soft touch＂trace evidence analysis,we cana ccurately identify the vehicle.Especially the application of＂soft touch＂method of trace evidence,it broaden thee vidence test in road accidents handlement,for the fair and equitable treatment to provide a scientific basis for roadt raffic accidents. |
