论社会管理可拓学的构建

针对社会管理理论研究如何与社会管理实践以及社会发展相适应的研究目的,基于复杂社会系统的基本属性,结合传统社会管理研究的特点,运用可拓学的理论与方法提出了社会管理可拓学的学术思想与研究框架。文章介绍了社会管理物元概念、社会管理可拓思维以及社会管理可拓性,探讨了社会管理的可拓协同理论、从非优到优的经验融合管理模式以及对立-偏差-协同社会管理诊断结构。研究表明,社会管理可拓学从理论上建立了社会矛盾系统转换与调解模式,从而设计了一种社会管理策略的生成机制;另外,从非优到优的实践认识角度可以建立社会管理目标的评价准则。

On the Construction of Social Management Extenics

According to the research purpose of how to make the theory study of social management adapt to the social management practice and social development,this paper puts forward the academic ideas and research framework of social management Extenics by using the theories and methods of Extenics,combined with the characteristics of the traditional social management research and based on the basic attributes of complex social systems.This paper introduced the matter-element concept,the extension thinking and the extensibility of social management and discussed the extension cooperation theory of social management,the management mode of experience fusion from non-optimum to optimum as well as the opposite-deviation-cooperation social management diagnosis structure.Studies show that social management Extenics has established transformation and mediation mode of social contradiction system in theory,and thus designed a kind of generation mechanism of social management strategies;in addition,social management Extenics can build the evaluation standards of social management goals from the practical and cognitive perspective of the non-optimum to the optimum.
