| Abstract: | Genetic analysis of mixed forensic stains is a urgent and difficult task in forensic science. This article reviews the advance in analysis of mixed stains by using different extraction and amplification methods. Through the comparison os above research techniques,we discuss the application and results of sperm DNA analysis in forensic science. |
