| 摘 要： | 网络犯罪已涉及绝大部分社会犯罪现象,它几乎包括了所有的犯罪形式。网络犯罪已经成为一个不容忽视的社会问题。因此必须密切注视网络犯罪的动向,积极采取有效措施防范和打击网络犯罪,以保障互联网的运行安全、国家安全和社会稳定。

So we should pay close attention to the trend of network crime, actively take effective measures to prevent and attack network crime and guarantee the network's operating security, the country's security and social stability. |
