论监狱“处突”预案演练教学模式的构建

目前，监狱涉暴、涉毒、涉黑等团伙犯罪的在押犯大幅度增加，狱内各种暴力化、智能化犯罪逐步升级．在押犯随时都有可能发生凶杀、脱逃、暴狱、骚乱、劫持等突发性案件。如果这些突发案件得不到及时有效的处置．就会使事态恶性膨胀．给监狱和社会造成更大的危害。因此．司法警官院校必须改革和创新教学模式．强化学员技能、体能和处置突发案件的业务素质，为监狱培养实用型人才，以满足监狱“处突”实战的需要。

On the Preplan Drill Teaching Style Construction of Prisons' Handling Sudden Incidents

At present, the prisoners relating to violence, drug and gangland become more and more, so various violent and intelligent crimes happened in prison increases and there will be sudden cases such as murder, escape, insurgence, riot and kidnap at any time. If the sudden cases cannot be handled timely, the situation will become more serious, which bring greater harm to the prison and society. So judicial police colleges must reform and create new teaching style, strengthen students＇ ability, physical ability and the quality of handling sudden cases, so as to foster practical talents to meet the need of handling sudden cases in prison.
