警民关系研究的多视角解读及当前理论创新辨析

警民关系是警务工作中根本性的社会关系。警民关系的和谐关系到公安工作的发展和经济社会的稳定,关系到社会主义和谐社会奋斗目标的顺利实现。为此,本课题梳理了自改革开放以来国内外的相关研究文献,对警民关系研究进行多角度的理论概括,包括警民关系的历史演绎,不同学术视野下的警民关系,实践者理解的警民关系以及和谐警民关系的理论创新。通过对不同理论创新的辨析研究为警民关系理论深化和实践借鉴搭建平台。

Multi-angle Study of Police-community Relationship and the Current Theory of Innovation

Police-community relationship is the fundamental social relationship in police work.Police-community relationship harmonious is related to the development of public security work and social stability and unity,also to the goal of a harmonious socialist society.This topic is committed to this,combed the research literature since the reform and opening up at home and abroad,and summarized on the theory of the police-community relationship multi-angle: the historical interpretation of the police-community relationship,public relations practitioners to understand public relations and harmonious relationship between the content,value and application of theoretical innovation under different academic perspective.Through analyzing the different theoretical innovation,the article tried to build a platform for deepening the police-community relationship theory and practice.
