论我国警察职业化

职业、警察职业和我国警察职业化是社会分工趋势下,一个不可避免的话题,我国警察职业化也是实现警察现代化和正规化的必由之路。在分析我国警察职业的独特性及其内涵的基础上,文章着力研究了当前实现我国警察职业化的途径,主要在于分析警察权力、厘清警察职位,按照警察的司法权、行政管理权和开展工作的保障需要,可以把警察的职位分拆为这样三种,一是司法侦查类警察、二是行政管理类警察、三是服务监督类警察;实行警察职位准入的资质化,分门别类地对警察进行人事管理;以"中国警察协会"为载体,激发警察的内在需求,建设和发展警察的职业共同体。
