关于创新公安教育训练模式的几点思考

公安教育训练工作是提高公安队伍整体素质和战斗力的重要途径和保障,以公安部提出的"三个转变"为契机,推进公安教育训练工作的创新符合社会快速发展和公安工作发展的需要。当前,公安教育训练工作在师资队伍转型、训练内容更新、训练模式建设、警营文化建设等方面存在问题,只有不断改革与创新,构建符合公安队伍建设与发展要求的公安教育训练新模式,才能不断提高公安教育训练工作的效果和水平。

The police education and training work is the important way and guarantee to improve the overall qualities and fighting capacity of police forces.It meets the requirements of the rapid development of society and the development of public security work to carry forward innovation of police education and training work can,taking the opportunity of "three changes" put forward by the Ministry of Public Security.At present,the police education and training work exists some problems in teachers team transformation,training contents update,training mode construction and police culture construction.Only continuous reform and innovation,constructing suitable new police education and training mode corresponded with the construction and development of police forces can the effect and level of police education and training work be continuously improved.
