论刑嫌调控工作的规范化建设

在当前刑侦工作的着力点从过去的忙于破案逐步转变到夯实刑侦基础工作上来的新形势下,如何科学、规范、正确地开展刑嫌调控工作,提高打击犯罪和防范预谋犯罪的能力,是刑侦部门应该深入研究的课题。文章结合当前刑嫌调控工作实践,重点论述了打造刑嫌调控系统工程必须从基础工作抓起以及搞好规范化建设的几点设想。
