| 摘 要： | 非权力影响力也叫自然性影响力。非权力影响力是思想政治工作者以非权力因素的个人特征对学生产生影响的能力。文章在对非权力影响力的内在意蕴进行界定的基础上,简要分析了公安院校思想政治工作者非权力影响力的集成因素,而后指认了增强非权力影响力的路径选择。

| Abstract: | Non-authority influence is also called nature influence.The concept of the non-authority influence is the ability of the politics who can influence the students by his individual characteristic of the non-authority.This article bases on the intrinsic influence of the non-authority to analyze the integrated factor about the ideological and political worders in police college in brief and also to point out the way to strengthening the influence of non-authority. |
