| Abstract: | That the police must handle police affairs heavily and be strict in police discipline is fine traditions and valuable experience in police forces building.Under the new situation,grasping the connotation of strictness in police discipline scientifically is an important guarantee for the maintenance of the police forces' progressiveness and purity and for the consolidation of the rallying power and combat effectiveness of police forces. |
