| 摘 要： | 研究被害人和被害人权利保护问题是对犯罪学多元化研究的有效补充。文章主要介绍了被害人的含义和三种类型,同时具体介绍了西方国家被害人权利保护的发展过程。目前国际流行及认可的保护被害人权利的两种重要措施:补偿制度和援助制度。它也为我国被害人权利保护提出了几项可行性方案。

| Abstract: | The research on victim and victim's right protection is an efficient compensation of pluralistic criminology. This article mainly introduces the implication and three types of victims, as well as detailed developing process of victim's right protection in western countries. Currently, compensatory system and assistant system are two important measures popularized and admitted by international society, which advance several feasible projects for victim's right protection in our country. |
