| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术的广泛应用,计算机犯罪显现出蔓延之势。计算机犯罪的特点表现为:在技术上具有极高的智能性;在形式上具有极强的隐蔽性;犯罪主体年轻化;管辖权确定难;网络犯罪是计算机犯罪的主要形式。文章从完善计算机犯罪的立法和惩处机制、加强技术控制、培养监管人才、建立国际合作机制等方面,提出了计算机犯罪的预防对策。

| Abstract: | With the wide application of computer technology,it appears the trend of the spread of computer crime.Computer crime has increased wisdom technically characteristics;it is in the form of a highly covert nature;crime subject is the young;it is difficult to determine jurisdiction;internet crime is the main form of computer crime.From the aspects of perfecting the computer crime's legislation and punishment mechanism,strengthening technical control,fostering supervisory talents,establishing mechanisms for international cooperation,this article puts forward the prevention countermeasures of computer crime. |
