| 摘 要： | 询问笔录与讯问笔录是公安机关在刑事案件侦破过程中经常使用的文书,由于笔录制作人员素质不同,所制作的询(讯)问笔录往往存在一些问题,使询(讯)问笔录不能在刑事案件侦破过程中很好地起到证据的作用。文章指出了一些实战部门在制作询(讯)问笔录中常见的问题,并相应地提出了规范化制作的设想。

| Abstract: | Records of inquires and interrogation records are documents frequently used in the process of investigating and solving criminal cases. Because of different qualities of the persons who make the records, there always exists some problems in the records of inquires or interrogation records, which can not make the records as evidences in the process of investigating and solving criminal cases. This article indicates the common problems in making records of inquires or interrogation records appeared in some actual combat sections and advances according tentative ideas of standard making. |
