论我国金融混业经营的可能性

Comment on the Possibility on Combined Management in Chinese Banking

This article introduces the relative laws and present situations of separate management in our country's banking and believes that the legal system of separate managing is incomplete, and nowadays the combined management has already appeared and taken on an inevitable developing trend. So starting from the basis theory of economic law, we seek the reasonableness of combined management. Considering the advanced form of combined management of the world, this article also explores China's suitable form of banking proprietary company mould and the proper state of the economic law.
