对利用网络资源开展公安民警教育训练的思考

近年来，公安工作面临的新形势和新任务，通过现代信息技术来提高公安教育质量和效率，从而提高公安民警的综合素质，并针对当前公安教育训练体系中存在的一些问题和不足，利用网络资源开展公安民警教育训练是解决公安民警工学矛盾、落实《公安机关人民警察训练大纲》和“三个必训”制度的重要方法。
