| 摘 要： | 盘锦监狱是辽宁省乃至全国司法系统的先进典型，它经过近20年的奋斗拼搏，在建设现代化文明监狱的道路上实现了一次又一次跨越式发展。在监管改造、监狱经济、监狱人民警察队伍建设等方面积累了丰富的经验，这些经验生动鲜活、精辟实用，人们从中可以获取许多有益的启示。

| Abstract: | The prison of Panjin is the advanced model of Liaoning Province and even in the national judicial system.It strives through the struggle of nearly 20 years,and has realized the great leap forward development.It has accumulated abundant experience in supervising transforming,economy of the prison,policeman's building of contingent etc..The experience is vivid and lifelike,penetrating and practical,which can benefit us a lot. |
