| Abstract: | Strengthen the collection of the micro evidence by means of high technology; augment the limits to confirm the crime through criminal technology. Reinforce the first interrogation; use various methods to fix the oral confession and make it impossible for the criminal to reverse a verdict; improve the awareness of the evidence and the court hearing; to build the conclusive evidence chain is the effective way to conquer the failure in investigating and trying of the case. |
