| 摘 要： | 从刑罚的产生至今,行刑制度经历了一个漫长的发展与演变过程,诠释了三个显著的特征:从行刑的无定制到行刑的规范化、从行刑的封闭化到行刑的社会化、从行刑的简单化到行刑的科学化,从中也体现出惩罚、剥夺、矫正、预防这一发展中的行刑理念。
