| 摘 要： | 在人身伤害案件中，人身伤害鉴定结论是司法机关用来查明人身伤害案件事实的重要证据和依据。目前，在我国人身伤害案件中的人身伤害鉴定存在着鉴定主体繁多、鉴定类型多样、鉴定结论效力同等等一系列问题。文章从人身伤害案件中的人身伤害鉴定的现状、人身伤害的鉴定结论性质之重新审视以及如何逐步完善我国关于人身伤害鉴定机制改革等方面加以探讨。

| Abstract: | In personal injury cases,expert's conclusion is the important evidence and basis to find the facts.But there are problems as authenticating authorities are mumerous,authenticating types are varied,authenticating valid is equal and so on.So the author want to discribe the current situation in personal injury cases,re-scan the nature of authenticating conclusions of personal injury,and discuss the reform of the mechanism of authenticating. |
