| 摘 要： | 司法鉴定的公信力是司法鉴定价值的核心因素之一。中外学者大多认为要确保司法鉴定的公信力,就必须设立体系化的司法鉴定标准,走司法鉴定标准化的道路。但对于司法鉴定标准体系内涵和外延的争议仍然不能解决,需要系统地予以澄清。
