| 摘 要： | 文章结合刑事犯罪的急剧变化,指出传统的侦查模式不能适应斗争的需要,提出刑侦工作要开创侦查破案的新局面,必须改变旧的侦查工作程式,建立以犯罪情报信息为主导的新型现代化侦查模式。
