| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,经济领域内的贿赂犯罪发案率,一直居高不下。为了更好地抑制和打击发生在经济领域内的贿赂犯罪,文章用经济分析的方法,分析了贿赂犯罪中双方的成本、收益与利润。并在此基础上,探讨了遏制贿赂犯罪的对策及打击方法。

| Abstract: | The rate of exposed cases of bribery crimes has been high in economic field since our country's "reform and open". To have a better prevention and attack of bribery crimes in economic field, this article analyzes the mutual costs and profits in bribery crimes through the economic analysis methods, and on the basis of which probes into the prevention countermeasures and attack methods of bribery crimes. |
