| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,多种经济成份的共存,必然导致竞争的激烈。尤其是人才的竞争,在劳动法实施中存在的问题愈来愈突出地显现出来。如何避免和解决此类纠纷,是现实中不容忽视的问题。文章结合司法实践,对劳动法在实施中存在的几个问题及相关对策作了论述。

| Abstract: | With the institution of socialist market-oriented economy system, many economic sectors coexist, which inevitably leads heated competitions. The competitions of talents especially become more and more prominent in labor law enforcement. How to avoid and solve these disputes are the existing problems in reality. This article discusses the existing problems and related countermeasures in combination with judicial practice. |
