| Abstract: | This article discusses briefly the backgrounds of the times and main contents of the "Great Training", and its enlightenment to police P.E. course, and points out that physical power training should strength the teaching of the ability of short-distance dash and short-distance run and back; martial art course and shooting course should pay attention to practical teaching; tracking down and apprehending tactics course should follow the teaching principle of "teaching the essence and practicing frequently". |
