| 摘 要： | 有组织犯罪在中国特指黑社会组织所实施的犯罪。文章通过对公安机关2000年以后破获的63个黑社会组织的定性定量分析,得出有组织犯罪在我国已经形成企业化趋势的结论。针对这一变化,应改变以往打击有组织犯罪以公安本位的防控观念,构建公安———社会双本位的控制模式,共同揭露并铲除黑社会组织赖以生存的经济基础。

| Abstract: | In china,organized crime specifically means the crime committed by under-society organization.Through the quality and quantitative analysis towards 63 under-society organizations which have been uncovered after the year 2000,we reach a conclusion that the under-society organization in our country has formed a trend of enterprise-style.Aiming at this kind of transformation,it's high time for the public security organs to change its old police-based control conception and build a new police-society pattern to eradicate under-society organization's economic basis together. |
