浅议我国当前现场勘查中的见证人制度

本文从目前我国见证人制度的现状和弊端入手,通过对当前立法和实践的差距、侦查中责任与义务的履行等问题的剖析,立法机关、执法机关和相关责任人自身原因的解析,提出通过完善见证人制度立法、转变侦查机关的管理理念、建立奖惩机制和改善硬件条件等意见建议,以期为我国现场勘查中见证人制度的改革提供指导和借鉴意义。
