| 摘 要： | 龙勃罗梭是犯罪实证学派的创始人,其关于犯罪人、犯罪防治以及监狱管理等方面的理论是西方刑事司法制度改革和刑事政策运动的重要依据。纠结于＂天生犯罪人＂这一论点,学界对其可谓是褒贬不一,如何理性而全面地看待龙勃罗梭的犯罪学思想,对从事犯罪学理论研究有重大的意义。
