| 摘 要： | 对机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定的修改,进一步满足了经济社会快速发展、机动化进程给人民群众生活带来的改变,进一步放宽了残疾人驾驶汽车的身体条件、支持保障残疾人驾驶汽车出行,进一步简化办理驾驶证业务程序、方便了群众,进一步完善了驾驶证管理制度,在源头管理上有效预防和减少道路交通事故,以满足群众的新期待和新要求。修改后的机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定于2010年4月1日起正式实施。

| Abstract: | The revision of vehicle driver license application and the use stipulation has further satisfied the economic society fast development,the motorization advancement to the change of the people life,further relaxes the disabled person to drive automobile＇s physical requirements,the support to safeguard the disabled person to drive the automobile,further simplifies the procedure of getting driver license,make things convenience for the people,further consummates the driver license control system,effectively prevente and reduct road traffic accident from the beginning management,satisfies populace＇s new anticipation and the new request.After the revision,vehicle driver license application and the use stipulation are to be carried out in April 1,2010. |
