Based on the principle of integrated separation technique,this article probes into the necessity and feasibility of the timber without fracture separation in trace examinations to the timber left in crime scenes and studies its methods and procedures of verification by making use of the stability and peculiarity of annual ring in order to provide an objective basis and possibilities of realization for the examination and verification and to provide reliable evidences for criminal proceedings.
