| Abstract: | As a main content,coercive measures have been amended comprehensively in the amendment to Criminal Procedure Law adopted on March 14th,2012.The effects of these adjustments and changes on public security work are significant,direct and realistic.This article discusses the amendment of coercive measures in the newly amended Criminal Procedure Law and its effects on public security investigation work one by one. |
