| 摘 要： | 经济犯罪是经济社会的产物 ,随着经济的迅速发展 ,经济犯罪也随之呈现出迅猛增长的势头。文章介绍了中外对经济犯罪概念的不同理解、当前经济犯罪的几种主要类型及基本特征 ,并且详细阐述了洗钱犯罪、信用卡诈骗犯罪和金融领域的网络犯罪的概念和防范措施。为公安侦破部门和司法执法部门预防和打击经济犯罪提供了参考。
