关于刑事司法专业教学中贯彻刑事政策的研究

目前的刑事司法专业教学在贯彻宽严相济刑事政策过程中,存在着时代感不够突出、实践性不够深入、课堂教学的主渠道作用发挥不够等问题。应当采取一系列措施改变这一现状,通过新旧政策对比,科学界定＂宽＂和＂严＂;通过与其他国家对比,深入理解宽严相济刑事政策的法理精神;改进教学方法,增加实践机会,以利于学员学习好、掌握好、运用好宽严相济刑事政策。

Research on the Implementation of the Criminal Justice Policy in the Teaching of Criminal Justice Specialty

At present,the implementation of the criminal justice policy of ＂ both-strict-and-lenient ＂ in the teaching of criminal justice specialty has the modernity to be not very prominent,the practicality to be not very thorough,and the classroom instruction main channel function displays insufficiently.We should take a series of measures to change this present situation,for instance,contrast on new and old policy to limit ＂ strict ＂ and ＂ lenient ＂,contrast on other countries to understand the law spirit of the criminal justice policy of ＂ both-strict-and-lenient ＂ .We should lead students to grasp the criminal justice policy of ＂ both-strict-and-lenient ＂ by improveing teaching method and increasing practice opportunity.
