| 摘 要： | 由于对不作为犯罪的性质和危害性认识不足,近年来,人民警察在职务行为中的不作为犯罪的数量有所增加。因此,充分认识不作为犯罪的危害性、避免因此而产生的不作为犯罪、减少因此而带来的社会危害,是具有重要的现实意义的。文章探讨了人民警察职务行为中不作为犯罪的构成条件及类型,提出了预防人民警察不作为犯罪的对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the number of negative crime about police job actions has been on the increase due to a lack of understanding of the nature of this crime and the dangers.Therefore,it is of great significance that we fully recognize the dangers of crime to avoid the resulting crime,and reduce the social harm.This article discusses the composition of this crime,the type of conditions and puts forward the countermeasures. |
